Aurisgen operates from the State of New York, United States. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, this notice is drafted primarily for United States operations and United States legal requirements. If mandatory law in your jurisdiction gives you additional rights, we will honor those rights to the extent applicable.
This notice is intended to be transparent and practical. It does not create contractual promises beyond those expressly required by applicable law or a separate signed agreement.

2. Scope of this notice
This notice applies to information collected through the website, account registration, software activation, subscription management, customer support, remote services, billing, fraud prevention, marketing communications and related business operations. It does not govern third-party websites, third-party payment pages or third-party services that we do not control, even if they are linked from our website.
3. Information we may collect
- Identity and contact information: name, company name, job title, email address, telephone number, mailing address, billing address and country or state.
- Account and subscription information: username, encrypted password, account settings, license status, subscription plan, renewal dates, order history and service preferences.
- Commercial and transaction information: products or services purchased, quotes, invoices, payment status, refunds, support entitlements and records of interactions about purchases or renewals.
- Payment-related information: limited payment metadata, payment status and transaction identifiers. Full payment card details are processed by payment providers and are not intentionally stored by Aurisgen except where a payment provider token or limited payment reference is needed for billing and fraud prevention.
- Technical and device information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, session identifiers, diagnostic logs, crash information, software version, activation data and security events.
- Usage information: pages viewed, features used, login timestamps, referring URLs, request logs and interactions with emails, documentation, support portals or account areas.
- Support and communications data: emails, tickets, chat messages, attachments, screenshots, diagnostic files and any other information you choose to send us.
- Remote services information: information reasonably necessary to deliver consulting, implementation, support, migration, troubleshooting or training services, which may include system details and user-supplied business data.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary for the requested service and you have an appropriate legal basis to share it.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about consumers. If we ever engage in processing that triggers an opt-out right under California law, we will provide the required opt-out mechanism.
Nevada notice
Nevada residents may have the right to request that a website operator not make certain sales of covered information for monetary consideration to certain persons for licensing or sale to additional persons. Aurisgen does not currently engage in that kind of sale. Nevada residents may still submit inquiries to info@aurisgen.com.
Other states

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurisgen disclaims all express, implied and statutory warranties that are not expressly stated in a written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with third-party systems, and results obtained from use of the software or services.
Aurisgen does not warrant that the website, software or services will be uninterrupted, secure, free of vulnerabilities, free of defects, always available, or suitable for every industry, workflow, regulatory environment or business purpose. You are responsible for independent testing, backups, change control, data validation and security review before relying on the software or services in live or critical environments.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurisgen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, use, data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurisgen’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the website, software or services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Aurisgen for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100 if no payment was made.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any non-waivable rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
