Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 8, 2026

Aurisgen is committed to making its website and customer-facing digital experiences more accessible and usable for people with disabilities. We want visitors and customers to be able to access information about our software, services, legal terms and contact methods with reasonable ease.

1. Accessibility approach

We aim to improve accessibility as part of our design, content and maintenance process. Our goal is to work toward broadly recognized accessibility practices, including the principles reflected in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Where reasonably feasible for the current website and tooling, we use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a practical reference point while recognizing that accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time checklist.

2. Measures we are working to support

Depending on the page, feature and technical constraints of the current site, we aim to support:

  • clear heading structure and readable page organization;
  • meaningful links and form labels;
  • keyboard-accessible navigation where reasonably feasible;
  • text alternatives for significant visual content where appropriate;
  • reasonable contrast and legibility considerations;
  • compatibility improvements for screen readers and assistive technology; and
  • ongoing remediation of known accessibility issues as they are identified and prioritized.

3. Third-party content and limitations

Some parts of the website may rely on third-party tools, embedded media, maps, payment flows, plugins, themes or external platforms that Aurisgen does not fully control. We may not be able to guarantee the accessibility of third-party components, but we will consider accessibility impacts when selecting, configuring or replacing them where reasonably feasible.

4. Feedback and assistance

If you experience difficulty using the website, need information in an alternative format, or want to report an accessibility issue, contact us at info@aurisgen.com. Please include:

  • the page or feature involved;
  • a description of the issue;
  • the device, browser or assistive technology you were using, if known; and
  • your preferred contact method.

We will review accessibility feedback in good faith and try to provide a reasonable path to the information, service or transaction requested.

5. Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is part of our ongoing site maintenance and product maturity work. We may change content, layout, plugins, code, images or workflows over time to improve accessibility, reliability and user experience. Feedback about barriers in checkout, account access, legal pages, contact flows or support interactions is useful because it helps us prioritize concrete fixes.
